Remarks:

Technical Data:

Suspend 44.0g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled water. Mix well and heat with frequent agitation. Dispense into triangle flasks. Sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes. Cooling to 45-50℃.If needed,add 20mg/L of Gentamicin Sulphate(filtration sterilization). MIx well and pour into sterile plates.
