Technical Data:

Suspend 65.0g of the medium in one liter of deionized or distilled water. Sterilize in the autoclave at 121℃(15 lbs.) for 15 minutes. Cooling to 50-55℃. Add 50mg chloramphenicol with filtration sterilization. Mix well and pour into sterile plates.
