Anaerobic Gas Pack (2.5L) is used to create an appropriate atmosphere for culturing anaerobic microorganisms (matched with 2.5L anaerobic culture bag or jar).
Principle:
This gas pack will absorb oxygen from a hermetic
environment and will produce over 20 percent of Carbon Dioxide to create the
required anaerobic environment for growing anaerobes.
Methods:
1.
Tear and open the sachet from the notch or use scissors to cut open the sachet.
Remove the gas pack.
2.
Place the gas producing bag into a 2.5L anaerobic culture vessel that contains
the plate media and seal the vessel. The gas pack will start its chemical
reaction quickly.
3.
The oxygen removal and the carbon dioxide. Generation process will be completed
in one hour.
Storage:
Store in a Cool, dry and hermetic place.
