Directions:
Suspend 50.3g of the medium in 1L of distilled water, after cooling to 50 ℃, pour into sterilized dishes. Do not overheat, need not autoclaving.
Quality Control and Typical Characteristics:
Salmonella is incubated at 37 ℃ 24-48 hours, the color of colonies is tan or gray to black, sometimes has a metallic sheen, medium around them is brown or black, some strains are grayish green, surrounded by the same medium or slightly darker.
