Formula:

Pancreatic Digest of  Casein....2.5
Pancreatic Digest of 
Animal Tissue.....................2.5
Calcium Carbonate.............10.0
Bile salts...........................1.0
Sodium thiosesulfate..............30.0

Directions:

Suspend 46.0g of the medium in 1 liter of distilled water, and heat to be boiling. After Cooling to about 45℃, add 20 ml I2-KI solution (I2 6g, KI 5g, water distilled 20ml) and 10 ml 0.1% brilliant green solution, mix thoroughly.
