Brilliant Green Agar Medium is used for isolation of Salmonella (except S. typhi and Shigella).

※Please keep in a dark and dry place 

Directions:

Suspend 58.0 of the medium in 1L of distilled water,sterilize in an autoclave at 121℃ for 15 minutes, pour into sterile petri dishes after cooling to about 50℃. Must use in the preparation day. 

Quality control and typical characteristics: 

Incubate at 35℃ 18-24 hours, typically characteristics: red colonies is Salmonella, E. coli is yellow to green.
