用法:

Suspend 33.0g of the medium in one liter of distilled Water. Mix well and  heat  with frequent agitation until the medium is  dissolved.Sterillize in an  autoclave  at 121 ℃ for   15   min.

称取本品 33.0g,加热溶解于 1000ml 纯化水中,分装,121℃高压灭菌15分钟,备用。
